If you are talking about a plugged duct, my baby had it also. I had a friend who worked for an optometrist and she told me what he did to open them and I did it with my baby when he was 6m old and it opened it up. I just went underneath the tear duct and just pushed my finger up towards the tear duct firmly but not to hurt him and I did that a couple of times and it opened.

I shed a tear once I published some thing approximately dropping my relatives and Yahoo evaluate it is insulting others and so have deleted it. Wankers are evoked. thank you my Irish buddy
