cheesymeat dip........... take ground beef, melt cheese in it in a crockpot, add some jalepeno's....... serve with Tostado chips.... mmm mmm good

Pico de gallo- dice one tomato, half a red or white onion, chop a handful of cilantro, add a jalapeno (if you & co workers like heat) Add the juice of a lime or half depending on your taste, sprinkle w/ salt pepper and garlic powder combine all ingrediants in the am before work by lunch the flavors will meld and just serve w/ tortilla chips or corn chips. If you'd like you could use a larger tomato and entire onion and remove a 1/4 to 1/2 of mixture to a chopped avocado and you've got gaucamole, too!

Green bean casserole is a very easy recipe. Green beans mixed with cream of mushroom soup, then baked. What could be easier! Have fun.
