I am 5 feet 1 inch, my doctor told me after having my son, for my height, the ideal weight is between 120 and 130.

You shouldn't worry about an ideal weight. Worry more about your Body Mass Index and fat percentages.

Weight isn't a good way to measure anything. If someone is fit, they very well could weigh more then someone who is out of shape and unhealthy because muscle weighs more then fat. Also things like your body type and build needs to be taken into consideration.

You ideal weight depends on your gender, build and age as well.

Around 110 but if you have your age you can search bmi (body mass index) and you can see if you are under or over weight or just right.

I learned in school that a woman should weigh 100lbs. at 5ft. Add 5lbs. for every inch after that. A man should add 7lbs. for every inch after that. So your ideal weight should be 110lbs.
