Im planning to buy a smoothie maker but am unsure what is a good make/model to go for? As ive been told that alot of these type of things are unreliable, or don't really do the job they are supposed to do. I don't really want to spend more than £50 unless anything below that isent worth buying, any ideas?

I bought the Back to Basics Smoothie Maker. It works well and is inexpensive compared to some other manufacturers.

I would say you should just buy an ordinary liquidiser - it will do the jobs just as well and you can use it for other things. Argos do great deals.

Mine is Russle Hobbs and it's very reliable. They are going cheap in TJ Hughes if you have one near you.
