I am a Florida public school teacher working within the 97-day probationary period. Is it considered harassment from the principal if he directs my fellow teachers not to talk to me? Futhermore, he rearranges my classroom to suit his tastes while I am away attending a professional development activity in another school. Help!!

wait your 97 day period at least. Do not say anything about the prinicple directing others not to talk to u unless you have their word that they did, they may say he never said that to keep their jobs. Id for now just list everything that hes doing that is discriminatory untell you get a lot of dirt on him and have evidence.

The principal is definitely out of line. I would go to the superintendant of the school board.
