i have taken him to dotors 3times. they sent me 2 baby clinic and they said they have not formed properly yet. without even checkin his eyes. when he does cry he just gets clear like jelly stuff instead, totyally at a lose of what else 2 do.. they look at me like i.m daft when i mention it, thanks all for replyin.. appreciate it all.x

His tear ducks need to be opened. A minor procedure at a doctor. Ask about it!

Use a cotton ball or a clean, warm, wet washcloth to gently wipe from the inside of the eye to the outside. Use a new cotton ball or washcloth for each eye.
Used cooled boiled water.

It sounds like blocked tear ducts to me so would suggest cleaning them, but it ought to be sorted out now.
