Don't skip breakfast. It is the most important meal of the day. Even if you don't feel hungry, eat something. Including breakfast, you should be eating 5 to 6 small meals a day. And exercise. If you're not still going to the gym, go back.

If your 5'7" and 128lbs, I don't even have to see you and know that your NOT overweight. The numbers prove that. If your like me, my numbers don't say I'm overweight either, but there are areas on my body I'd like to shape up. And most of the time that means just doing some specific exercises and not so much weight-loss. Hopefully you can accept these comments coming from a man, but I think I do understand. If you went from 140 to 128 at your same regimen, I think you just need to be patient with yourself. The most important thing is to be careful not to fixate on your weight too much. I've been through that. It can consume your life. All day long you think about food and what goes in and out of your mouth. Try not to be too conscious about the whole issue. This is my opinion but I believe that thinking about it too much can make you gain weight. Hang in there, you'll get there :)

First of all, 120 lbs. is way too skinny for someone your height. Your current weight sounds perfect for your height, maybe even a little too thin. Maybe instead of trying to shed pounds, you should work on toning up your muscle. A well-toned body always looks slimmer and healthier than a not-so-toned body of a person who weighs exactly the same. I think health professionals would agree with me that you shouldn't be doing Hydroxycut, though. It says right on the package not to use it unless you are more than 20 pounds overweight, which you are not. Please don't try to lose any more weight. You will make yourself sick.

My weight alters very little, but I will start feeling fat if I'm not doing anything active. It doesn't take much. Even walking 3-4 miles a day will get me back to feeling better about myself.
Hydroxycut works pretty well, but works best if combined with an exercise program.
For your height, I would consider your weight quite appropriate, so a little excercise should make the difference

maybe if you go back to your own country, where the food is not very fatty, it will help. don't take offense. the food which is available in the states easily is mostly fast food. hence, you are getting fatter and fatter.
