Medical billing/coding degree?

Where is the best school in or near Oklahoma for medical billing/coding? I want a degree -- not a certificate. I'd appreciate any advice/information as far as potential salary, education requirements, etc. Thank you.

Any college that offers the course will be fine. A degree is always better than a certificate and will enable you to earn a higher salary.
