I have the habbit of picking zits, HELP

Deep-seated blackheads will leave scars or dimples if you try to pick them or squeeze them yourself. Trust me, I have a few. Try using a skin peel like Biore strips or go to a salon for an exfoliation.

just wash your face regularly and use moisturizer to soften them...and since they are really deeply seated go for facials to get rid of those blackheads..if you wont remove them as early as now..they will be clogged and once they will be removed they will make you skin pore bigger in size

Eskinol.Its a filipino product and it works i have baby smooth skin on the face from it and i use to have acne and black heads. I only use it when i start breaking out or geet any black or white heads. and i use cetaphil for everyday use. get these products. you can find eskinol at filipino stores and cetaphil at any retail store. If you cnt find eskinol i recommend any other asian face cleaners they freakin work and arent gimmicky like american products.

see a beautician and have a facial done, dont try anything at home, you could leave scars or get it infected.
