what is the best home phone service provider in Corona, Ca?

My apartment complex has AT&T as the default provider but I was wondering if there were any other options and which is best..

You could check out Time Warner. The Roadrunner service: phone, TV and the Internet for one price. That's what we do. We love it. It's reasonable.
