My ex fiance and I had unprotected sex about 18 months ago. We broke up and I ended up getting engaged to another woman. My ex fiance did not have chlamydia but my current fiance found out she has chlamydia and says she has not had sex in over 2 years. Can I give it to one and not the other?

yes; anyone having unprotected sex unless they are married are idiots and irresponsible. Stop spreading STD's and use protection for your safety and others.

did you have chlamydia before you met your current fiance? If so then you gave it to her and the other unless you slept with someone in between fiances. Maybe you got it from your ex. Maybe your fiance had it but doesn't ant to tell you she slept with someone not so long ago. There are lots of possibilities. Both should have it if you have had it the whole time. Go get treated and use protection.

YES. AND your current fiance may have had this for over 2 years, or your ex fiance may have it and NOT tell you. BUT YES... You can have sex with both and only give it to one.

Yes, some people are more immune to diseases than others. You may have given chlamydia to your current fiance because chlamydia in men often does not manifest symptoms.
