If a ticket to Heaven could be purchased, (which it can't, but if it could), how much would it cost. Based your answer mathmatical, spiritual or creative flow...

From an economic standpoint it would cost very little because even though there would be a high demand, the supply could never run out. Because the supply would always exceed the demand, the price would always remain low.

However, from a religious standpoint, the price would still be low because many religions provide FREE means of transport to heaven and noone in their right mind would pay for something they can get for free. Even if you want to take the hard road (literally), many religions promise salvation as a reward for completing a special pilgrimage. (The "Camino de la Salvación" is a popular Catholic pilgrimage from Monte Video to Buenos Aires that promises a "Free pass to Heaven" for anyone that completes it. Also, the more famous Muslim pilgrimage to Meca or Medina serves the same purpose.)

Hope that helps

i would guess it would cost your life.

considering heaven is supposed to be for those who are "good", the price of this ticket would be to be a person living his life as a saint (christian fundamentalist need not apply). i would think that most people would get a shot at this as long as they didn't go to the extremes.

on the up side, if you could purchase tickets to heaven, then you could ask the vendor exactly what the prereq's are and hopefully make the world a bit better since if heaven existed, so would hell.

then there is the thought, with so many religions around, would there be only one heaven? and could you choose which heaven to go to if you qualified for several (i'm talking about a saint here... and not of the christian kind, i'm talking about a person who believes in the goodness of people, not because of religion, but because that's just how that person is!)

A ticket to heaven is free!
God made it this way so anyone who puts their faith in him can go.
God made this so simple, we complicate it.
You do not have to be religious or go to church or give all you have to a church or cause.
If you put your faith in Jesus Christ you will have your ticket in your heart. You will know it is there because Christ will dwell in your heart and He will provide a peace you have never experienced before.

We are here for somewhere between 1 second and 100 years, after that eternity is a long time. It is worth a lifetime on earth to check this out. Read from some authors like Josh McDowell, C.S. Lewis, The Bible especailly the New Testament. From a personal and historical perspectives.

Think about it, who else on earth has started and stopped time?
What year are we in now? 2006. It has been 2006 years since Christ died for us to conquer sin and death as they no longer have power over those who belong to Christ by faith. Who else has risen from the grave?

If you are sincere, ask Christ into your heart see how he works.

Do not be confused by a relationship with the God of our universe and some man made religious attempt to please God. God wants a relationship with you not another religion.

I have spent years trying to fill the emptiness in my life with:
cars. money, homes, sex, accomplishment ect. still no peace
Nothing satisfies the soul like Jesus Christ. It is free!

Too much.
It'd be just like those people "selling" you the ability to name a star -- it doesn't mean anything. Sure, you get a nice certificate ("ticket to heaven"), but your star name won't mean anything to anyone but you, and as such is worthless. Just like a ticket to heaven would be -- 'cause there's no such thing. Lots of people already think they have a ticket to heave 'cause of their religion...but it only has meaning to them, and since there is no heaven, it's worthless.
