I can still get the ring thru the top part of the piercing and its not that I can't get the ring thru the bottom, I'm just afraid of whether or not it has closed completely. Was wondering if anyone knows if it closes permanently or not?

It may hurt alittle bit, but my friend did hers that way. Just try and if it doesn't work, go get it repierced :)

I'd go let a professional take care of it! Infections are easy to get in that area and they don't have anywhere to travel but dangerous places! I got an infection in mine and it took FOREVER to go away- three rounds with antibiotics, but it wasn't because I didn't do the aftercare -

I wouldn't do it yourself, go to a piercing place and let them try.
One of my friends took hers out and when she put it back through she knicked an artery and almost bled to death.
