Me and my boyfriend have been struggling lately, bc we are under so much stress and its making us be grumpy to eachother. I was wondering if you guys had any tips to help with this... my boyfriend and I were talking last night and we both agreed that we love eachother but we dont know if we are happy. Is there away to know for sure? or is there away to spice things up in our lifes?

If you truely love each other then things will work out, dont give up, love is hard and it can over come anything. If you really want him tell him and things will work out just be patient. Dont walk out on each other make it work..

18 years of being with the same person..

It's not about what problems you have, but how you work them out and resolve them. Everyone has stressful times and issues in relationships. A regularly scheduled "date" with your boyfriend free of the pressures of life, like taking in a movie can give you something in common to look forward to each week. Simply sitting down and just talking about anything that comes to mind with the TV off and the phone turned down can do wonders. It doesn't have to be specifically about the "problems" you're facing. It just helps you reconnect and relieve some of the pressures. It's tough with everything life hands you to maintain a good "partnership", but it IS possible. It all depends on how hard you want to work on it, vs. how much the relationship means to you.

well maybe you should take a road trip. be alone for a while and away from all that stress that surronds you guys. you can always try to fix a relationship. if the second chance doesnt work then its maybe about that time to move on! Good Luck!
ps. if you cant take a road trip for any reason then have ONE romantic night, just the two of you. ALONE and away from everyone. rent a motel if you have to lol once again i hope you try this and that it works well for you! Good Luck!

If the stress is work related, then cut back some on the work. If the woman or man is really the right one don't lose them over the work. Also, step outside your comfort zone and take part in his or her interests. Guess what, you might be glad you did.

Recently 'been there' myself. Coming from experience I can tell you the #1 thing to do is remember how much you love each other and NEVER give up. ALL relationshps go thur good times and bad, ups and downs. Are the 'bad' times worth 'bailing' on ??? Only you can make that determination..........

just learn to adapt to the new situation and not let it influence your relationship..whenever stressing, just cuddle, it helps get rid of the tension

You can't and I would not recommend it, because it's just damage control and band aids. It's probably time for you to think about moving on.
