Certainly... But what does toast signify? In a diachronic space/time landscape, the terms "God", "Space", "Infinite", and "Toast" are free signifiers of any number of signifieds. Synchronically speaking, yes, I'd like some toast - rye with peanut butter.

If space is infinite, stars may be incalculable... without number. Literally. I mean, you can't count them. You think you got them all, then oops, on the horizon there are more stars, and more and more. It never ends. It just goes on and on....
