Check with your local township or city recreation department. Often there are dropin games that are played in rec centers. I think the city of Lansing has a rec. and a competitive league going on, too.

Check with the LDS Church. THey often have basket ball and volley ball nights. Usually its for the 21-up

YOu can probably go to your local gym or YMCA and they might have an adult program!
