Everytime I meet old friends, they's say I haven't changed. I'm the same old me. Its the way I talk. I talk funny. Personally, and career wise, I also haven't changed much. I was a designing stuff to for the school library, posters etc ten years ago, and now I'm a graphic/web designer. I'm still wearing t-shirts and jeans. I'm not married. I'm 27 now. Do you think its ok to stay the same forever ?

27 is hardley forvever. In 10 years you will only be 37 and 20 years 47, and that is still young. you will see changes in yourself over the next few years. Your still very young

Are you OK with paople saying you haven't changed in 10 years? That could very well be a good thing. It could mean that you haven't aged and that you still look as young as you did when you were 17. Maybe that isn't the look you are going for. If not, it's up to you to change your appearance. New haircut, totally different style of clothing, different make-up, etc. But if you like you the way you are, and don't look and act like that 17 year old you once were, then politely thank your complimenters, and continue on about your business.

I think that it is better to stay the same then to make any big changes that you might regret! You have used your talent to move on in your job! If you are comfortable in t-shirts and blue jeans then wear them! You can always dress up once and a while if you want to! I talk funny to with an accent but so what? Just enjoy being yourself. I am more comfortable around people that are happy with themselves then being around people who try to act like someone else. So you are not married-that is better then being in an unhappy marriage! Take what your friends say as a compliment!

You should not feel bad or be made to feel bad. I talk extremely fast and wear black a lot. I like what I wear and the way I am. I refuse to change that because of how others perceive me. If you feel you need to change then by all means do. Just do not change the things that make you you. As Master Obi-Wan Kenobi would say, "You do what feel is best of course." You cannot argue with Jedi philosophy.

Do you think your 10 year old would feel great about having their name changed at this point in their life??? Why not change your last name to a combo of the kids last names? It seems like your avoiding the truth of the matter and trying to make it seem like the you and the kids are from one marriage. You must deal with your choice and not impose it on your children.

Are YOU ok with it? Who cares about what other people think. If you are ok with yourself then just consider that they must be jealous. If you are not OK with yourself then make a list of what you want to change and DO it!! Good luck!

Why fix what isn't broken?
You sound pretty cool to me.
Nothing wrong with being who you are. If you're happy, I see nothing wrong with staying how you are forever.

Do you like yourself?!?
If YOU like it then stick with it...if you don't then do something about it....only you can want to change for yourself.
But honestly if you like yourself then stay that way....you only have to please yourself, and I would guess you have grown more then you give yourself credit for.
