you need to install office or works both have a spreadsheet program and no a basic windows setup dosnt come with any thing but windows

Openoffice.org suite is a package with word, excel, powerpoint and even more for free. It absolutely free and you cant even tell the difference from the Microsoft versions. It also is compatible with the Microsoft versions.

Spreadsheets are never a standard anymore. yoy have to pay for it. If you wNT ONE THERE ARE SEVERAL AVAILABLE FOR FREE ONLINE, BUT ITS NOT GONNA BE MICROSOFT EXCEL.
