If you have paid subscription from yahoo, then the folders are supposed to come over automatically.

Go to your Address Book options. There should be an option labeled "Import/Export." When you go there, scroll down to the Export section. Click the "Export Now" button next to Microsoft Outlook. It should ask you if you want to save a .csv file. Save that file where you can find it later and go to Outlook. Go to "Import and Export" in the File menu. Choose "Import from another program or file" and click Next. Select "Comma Separated Values (Windows)" and again click next. Use the "Browse" option to find the .csv file you saved earlier. Select "Do not duplicate items" and click Next. Select the Contacts folder, or wherever you want the contacts to go, and click Next. Be certain that you have checked the box next to the file and click Finish. That should get everything into Outlook.
