Ive been having this problem all morning withmy neighbor, he steal my dogs yard droppings for fertilizer, I tell him Im charging him a nickel, he laughs says call the cops, I do, they laugh, I say fine and taser him mid pick up, so he was laying in my yard twitching stinking it up,so I dragged him to the sidewalk and hosed him off, but now the S.O.B. got up and is again stealing my dogs yard presents...What would you do to stop this horrendous theft?

just tell him there will be a flat fee of 5 bucks a month............and i would be soooooooo happy if some weirdo came to collect my dogs pooooo!......or just make up a story that your aunt usually comes collects the poo(cause she needs it for the same purpose).......and that is why you dont want him to have it .....unless he starts to pay you.......----------- or better yet call the cops and tell them theres a peeping tom that comes to your windo with a bag full of shidd and your problem will defintly be solved!!!!
