I normally serve cauliflower cheese as a side dish with a roast but often add leeks and brocolli for a main dish and serve it with mash and baked beans. the tomato sauce goes great with the cheese!

Cauliflower cheese is fab with a roast chicken door or roast beef - we used to have it every Sunday. It is basically just cooked cauliflower with a cheese sauce over the top and baked in the oven - love it.

Depends on what you like to eat! To make it into a decent main meal, try adding fried pancetta, peas, onions or garlic. Broccoli is also a colourful addition, as are green beans or maybe kidney beans. Have this with a baked spud or chips. Mash might make the whole meal a bit gooey, but kids might like that. Add mustard to the cheese sauce if you want a kick. Hope this helps!

For a light supper add some chopped ham to the cheese sauce and serve with crusty bread.
Good with all roast meats.

It works really well with leeks, and for a main dish you could try mixing cauliflower florets in with pasta, or layering them with thinly sliced potato. Cover the whole lot with cheese sauce, top with grated cheese and breadcrumbs if you wish then bake it in the oven - delicious!

If you're looking for a nice, light meal then serve with creamy mashed potatoes & fresh gardens peas.
If a main meal then some steamed veg of your choice (maybe include baby carrots & sweetcorn to add some colour) & some whole new baby potatoes.
Enjoy!

You can serve this as a side dish to any type of main course, fish, or a beef or pork roast, chicken ( i would recommend baked or rotisseri ) and perhaps rice.
If you're a vegetarian, then serve it over white rice.
