Very simple. Visit a synagogue and ask to learn about Judaism. Many are converting to Judaism, and most of them are Catholics. Catholics are delighted to learn that not only are questions allowed, they are actually encouraged!
BTW, the latest Kabbalah craze is not being Jewish. The popular California Kabbalah has very little to do with Judaism. Jews who study Kabbalah must have a thorough background in Judaism and traditionally don't study it until after the age of 40. Madonna has returned to Christianity because she didn't want her children to miss Santa Claus.

By renouncing the catholic faith, and accepting the Jewish faith.
Although one can never stop being Catholic because a sacrament, in this case the sacrament of baptism, is a sign that can not be erased. Catholicism is richer than Judaism because it embraces both faiths, Renouncing ones faith is only a sign of weakness. It's all about faith, do you or don't you believe? You can not go around bouncing from one to another. You just might miss the bus that goes to Paradise! You stick to your faith and do not worry about weak incredulous people.

Via a process called "conversion".
The process of the conversion in Judaism is called "Giyur", and it is long and difficult (much more difficult than converting to Christianity or Islam) as Judaism does not welcome proselytizing, and one must want to be Jewish deeply in order to become one.
The first step of becoming Jewish is talking to a Rabbi who guides the applicant in Torah and Hebrew studying.

For the record: Madonna did not convert to Judaism.
Who did? These guys (partial list):

Once you are Baptized Catholic it leaves an indelible mark on your soul and you are always Catholic, however, someone can practice another faith and denounce their Catholicism physically, and would then be considered a non-practicing Catholic.

Grace unto you, and peace,
from God our Father and the Lord Jesus Christ.
What's then made is "one proselyte":
"twofold": "more the CHILD of hell" (Mt 23).
Such is also called a draw BACK to perdition.
Which is as if going <-BWD instead of Fwd->.
Somebody pls tell her AD->only goes one way.
Perfection a go-on->unto, what to look-fwd->to.
"Worse"-end state of man is ment'd in the NT;
And it has something to do with "seven spirits".
But the word "worst" is NOT even ment'd in NT.
So there is still hope for the 'likes' of Madonna.
The GRACE of our Lord Jesus Christ with you all. Amen.
