what do you mean?

if its a flood its salaveged by insurance as a loss..

dont ever buya flood vehicle. you never know what problems it has

I wonder what you mean by 'refuse'. After Katrina, lots of people tried to sell their flooded cars and lied about the condition. The smell gives them away, every time.
