Actually they did a scientific study and found that drinking Chamomile tea can help lessen the duration of a cold. That is all I drink when I get sick and it seems like my colds go away within 3 days...

Any real tea is good, green or dark, not too strong. Mix in a little orange juice with the dark.
Hot lemonade is better, especially if you have chills. Try it - it's good.
