I am making Key Lime Bars and there in the oven and they've been in there for 20 minutes..how long should I leave them in there..till the top is golden brown or what? how much longer?

When they are not soupy in the center, but set. If they are soft set, that's ok, b/c they will continue cooking a bit once you take them out of the oven. But jiggle the pan. If wobby in center, keep baking. The top surface should probably have a golden hue to it from browning.

Stick a knife in and see if it comes out clean
