You could distill it, but that is illegal.
One way to get drunk quicker would be to drink it through a straw.
You could of course mix it as well, try Vodka.
Having said all that, most red wines are around 13% anyway, so they are strong enough surely.

Drink it with a soda on the side. The carbonation in the soda will open the valve in your stomach that sends the wine into your intestines which gets into your blood stream quicker.

I can't imagine why anyone would want to get drunk in the first place, let alone quicker - you don't have to get drunk to have a good time and it is a lot safer to keep yourself in control as who knows what can happen when you do not have control over your own faculties?

a 12oz beer, a glass of wine and a 1.5 shot of ordinary hard liquor have the same alcohol content. To get more drunk, drink more of it.
Of course, one might ask what is your rush? Shouldn't you be drinking for enjoyment and to be social, not merely to get drunk as fast as possible?
