Hi,
it depends on age, less sex. I heard about examples of breast cancer of male, but it is rare. So possibility to get cancer is higher if there was any sick person in the family (genes), smoking, drinking. Female have cancer typical for intimate organs as men have typical, so asking who has it more often - man or woman - is not clear. Every one can get it, as man as woman, as kid as adult.

I would say men because prostate cancer is very prevelant though not as promoted as breast cancer awareness. Also, men are more likely to smoke.
