The water in the soy milk will separate and rise to the top and form ice. When thawed, it is difficult to mix the water back in to regain the original consistency of the milk. The soy milk may possibly taste different and it will definitely look different. You can still cook with it...but I wouldn't do much else with it.

Texture will not be as good as the fresh one if you'll freeze soy milk. There will be water separation and it will feel a bit sandy. It's good if you'll keep it chilled.
There are no restrictions though if you really want it icy. Note that there are soy ice creams available in the market - but this one has very good stabilizer system. It melts in the mouth smoothly.

yes, but it might pop the carton. it has happened to my mother in-law. she drinks the brand silk. you shouldn't need to freeze it though because soy milk, or at least the silk brand, last a lot longer in the fridge than real milk.

why not? as long as you put it in the freezer......
unless u meant can it be frozen and kept for longer,,, then i would think id rather not try that
