Actually no since in Italy you have always first: anti-pasti,maybe a soup,then diff. pasta's and after various main courses but they don't have apart fm a few regions american size portions! On top Italians sit down for hours to enjoy their meal (fast-food is a big No,No).

If you mean anit-pasto, then it is something that you eat before the pasta, therefore it is a starter, so after having eaten two courses then I would say that no, you wouldn't still be hungry. Unless you are a fat porker, obviously.

relies upon... while you're a male.. you will nevertheless be hungry (coz adult adult males are the two hungry or sexy) while you're a woman... in all likelihood you would be finished in merely pasta (or having a headache) and could no longer devour antipasta :-)
