Believe it or not, I've been on the Goodyear blimp 2 times and the Sea World blimp in San Diego once. My Dad knew the right people and he knew I loved airships. I would contact Goodyear's marketing/promotions dept. and express your love of the blimp and your eagerness to get a chance to ride it. There is only room for about 6 people at a time, including 2 pilots, but it sure is fun. Normally you are up for about an hour. You'll have a better chance if you live near a major city that has football during this time of year. I bet if you went to the Goodyear website and searched "goodyear blimp" you might get a schedule and have a better opportunity to direct your request. Good luck! I t sure is fun!

I have also ridden in the Goodyear Blimp, its is quite an experience!! I think your best bet is to look on Goodyear's website and look for upcoming appearances of the blimp. I know that the blimps not only do sporting events but promotions for companies, so look to see where its going to be.
