Women have always been the scapegoat of mans inadequicies, because they envy our strength, and our compassion, that many men are incapable of.
Why? because of the very expectations of society governed by other men. I do not say these words to sound like a woman who is appalled by men, that is not the case.
I see men as being the victims as well, because from a religious nature they have always been the superior sex, and they are slaves to the idea that compassion is weakness.
So from their lack of courage to change these ideas, they conform.
Where as women seen as the weaker of the sexes from day one, has gained strength by making the changes. So I would say it is no ones fault it is just the nature of how things are. Is that nature wrong? If it wasnt then there wouldnt be so many men who are surpressed by their male ego's. And there wouldnt be so many women who feel surpressed, by the same male ego that surpresses man(all)
I wish you well

Good for Pru Goward, but if the 9/11 sermon didn't take care of his mean @$$, I don't see how this will, either.
People have emigrated from repressive Muslim countries to Australia in order to have a safe place. They deserve to have it, and this cleric isn't going to let them, unfortunately.

I know how you feel. In so many cultures women are opressed because men cant control themselves and the blame has to go somewhere. Most men have absolute no control over themselves. Thats why you see these freaks out there showing themselves to teenage girls online and it really sickens me. They think because a girls cam is on then shes gonna show herself. They cant think right because they think with their little manparts. Theres no such thing as a gentleman anymore. If this offends anyone then its not my problem.

Certainly does seem extreme to require that women be completely covered except, perhaps, for a slit in the cloth so they can see out. And, how can any security personnel have any idea who is inside there or what they might be carrying?
On the other hand, so many teens, (pre-teens), and other women are so scantily clad that it is scandalous.
It used to be said that the right height for the hem of a dress was "just above two feet" ... it was permissible for their feet and ankles to show, but not their legs ... the hem should be just above their two feet.

some can and do resist, others just do not want to resist temptation; i agree with you all the way.It is the humans fault for putting the meat in front of the cat in the first place;knowing the cat would eat it. That is what the difference between man and animal is, animal`s do not know any better.

don't mix pears and apples, we the "real" man can keep our dingeling in our pocket, we however appreciate the sight of a beautifull women, It is the "other kind of men" those who have absolutelly no will power, self respect or concience that are the problems, It seems that the mentionned Hilal is part of the 2nd category, if he sees a beautifull sexy lady he must automatically and immediatelly satisfy himself in the most degrading manner known to mankind _ I wonder what he would think of such behaviour should big Bubba find him very attractive in his long robe and "pin" him down if I may use the this picture !!!!

Interesting...well one thing I do know, if all women wore 'hijabs' then the men would be falling all over themselves to look at the women's eyes since that would be all that was visible. Let's not forget the nature of men in this.
I do agree that women should 'protect' themselves as they travel through society by being judicious in where they go and how they present themselves as we never know if a deranged man will encounter us.

Yeah my parents get mad if I play All That Remains or similar bands. Deathcore is noisiest for me. My friend listens to it and it doesn't sound like music at all to me just random noise and random yelling.
