It is my dogs, yard droppings after all.

Wow. People really aren't taking you seriously. I could understand why you would be upset. Maybe it's not just the fact that he is taking your dog's droppings. You're probably worried about the future danger that this neighbor could potentially be. I would be a bit weirded out while wondering if this isn't the only thing my neighbor was stealing. As strange as this sounds, someone should take you seriously. On the other hand, the police get thousands of calls everyday all over the country that are a hoax. I think maybe you should go and talk to one of them and explain the situation.

I have done a lot of investigations and this is by far the strangest one yet. I think you need to let this go, the police have far more important things to do then to charge someone with stealing dog poop. However, if you wish to push the issue then just have him charged with criminal trespassing.

I think you should feel lucky that the Police did not arrest you for keeping hazardous materials on your lawn!

Suggestion - Read about the hazards and the down side of trying to nourish your yard with animal feces. It may work with Cow and Horse*hit - but not with dogs or cats, and chicken*hit is the worst!

Sorry about that!

They are stealing your dogs shyts that he takes in the yard? Why would you call the police over that? He might be using it for fertilizer...get over it...no wonder they laughed at you.

What! your neighbor is cleaning your yard of dog crap. He should go into business, I have to clean up my own dog's crap.

Do you think he has an ulterior motive? He may be a peeping tom?

I'm going with the trespass issue here. Put up a sign that says "No Trespassing!".
Otherwise get the dogpoo before he does and chuck it.

I would ask him why he needs it.
You must feed your dog table scraps.
I've noticed when dogs eat dry, or that fake meat
looking dog food it kills the grass.
He might be using it for fertilizer.
Maybe you can charge him for it.

don't complain.. if that person wants your stools well he's doing you a service.

why would you be upset about someone cleaning up your dogs poop? It's one less thing you won't have to do...unless you never clean up after your dog.
If it really bothers you, tell him to stop. if he does it again you could get him on trespassing charges.

And start cleaning up after your dog so there is no poop for him to steal!

You need a hobby !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Of course, if you are serious, you can make it a trespass issue. call the police and say you would like ur neighbor warned not to come on ur property any more.
