I'm no disability expert, but if you have to perform you duty at night it would be a disability.

Of course but I wouldn't admit to it. Insurance premiums go up. It's almost like a person who has seizures while driving. Be careful and just try to not drive at night.

no. color blindness is if you cant identify the car color but night blindness no. you should be ok.
