Is their a program I can download that makes protected files unprotected?

Like if I download a song from like Napster or another music source is their any way to change it so that it can be burned to a CD?

Google for a program called FairUse4WM. It takes the DRM off of WMA files. It's illegal so you might have a bit of a hard time finding the program.
