it has a button that says "Power" and it´s green. It´s the one that caught my attention and i think that´s the one. But i´m afraid some outer power come and gets me. I don´t want this power to take me out of control i just don´t wanna lose it. It´s been ON for 5 days, i can´t stand this appliance anymore.... any suggestions?

I'm going for the 10 points here and hope that you find me as amusing as you think you are! *smile* Here is a motion study of the process:
1- R12B - Reach to the remote
2- G1A - Grasp remote with hand.
3- M2B - Move thumb over green button
4- APA - Apply pressure on button
Then close your eyes and hope that the Great God Of Power does not obliterate the hell out of you. If SHE doesn't (you should have known that a God with that kind of power would be female) completely erase you from the face of the earth then you can safely use the remote again. If not... wow where did you go?

First of all push the power button. If that doesn't work, you will have to get your TV instructions to find out the sequence to match the TV with the remote. If remote come with cable tuner, the cable tuner instructions will tell you how. If it is a generic remote, you will have to follow its instructions. The sequences are all different. Always read your instruction Manuel.

I'd say just push the darn button. The worst that can happen is it won't turn your tv off.

manualy turn off tv that would be the off on button on your tv. just press this button till tv goes off. if this dosnt work unplug it. now take the remote and throw it away good luck

Get back on your meds. Then turn off the TV and go get some fresh air.

it is not a power button,it is a standby but ton,the power button is on the tv.
