modified McKenzie's toad Ringer solution (composition in g/l: 6.22 NaCl, 1.68 NaHCO3, 1.30 HEPES, 0.24 KCl, 0.35 MgSO4 · 7H2O, 0.19 CaCl2, 3.0 glucose)

I searched for ("toad ringer solution" preparation). Not sure if this helps.
