okay well my friends introduced me to him last year and we only said like "hi" and we hung out a few times and he would sometimes look at me.But now this year he doesn't even look my way and we don't talk at all.Also i've had a habit of getting like really shy around cute guys and i'm not usually shy just when there cute and i really want him to notice me or atleast be able to talk to him .

Get out of your shy shell and go out of you way to talk with this guy. If you see him, smile and say, "Hi, how are you doing?" Start with that. You might be suprised on how human he is...just like you. Cute people aren't anymore special than the next person. But you can't expect to get anywhere by looking at each other. You can't get anywhere when you are being shy and trying to be noticed. You easily become invisible. So make yourself known...even if it's just a simple exchange of words to begin with.
