Parents fight with each other for many reasons. Each could have a different opinion of what consititutes a good parent. One could think that a good parent will take interest in a child's activities while another may think spending his/her time earning money so the children can have all the good "things" is the mark of a good parent. One may think that being strict is necessary, another may think it is important to be open and "friends" with his/her children. One may think a good education is worth spending money on, another may think good looks/clothes/personality is enough to get you all the things you want in life. Priorities may be different. One parent may think that the children should serve him/her. The other may think that the children are a duty and that nothing should be expected in return. Differences in opinions and priorities pretty much sums it up.

When you are married for awhile, you may love each other, but you cannot be perfect all the time. Disagreements will always show up in a relationship.
