Yes you should be friends because probably she wants to get to know you more by beinmg friends and then if she likes what she sees then she might go for it but you shouldnt blow her off simply because she didnt wanna go out with you.

maybe she hasnt realised she has feelings for you yet, in the long run, she will be missing out on a great guy, so if you become friends then you can show her how much of a fun guy you are to be around, then if you still hav feelings for her she will, say yes, and if not give me a call ;).

only kidding but if you really like her, then yes.

I'll try to give you some common sense advice...no means NO!!!
Can't have everything you want dude. Find someone who will say yes and leave the other chick alone...unless you want to be a pest.

Well if she said no then either she just wants to be friends or doesn't like you at all. If you hang out, then just be friends.

You want more than friendship and if that's all she's feeling for you.....I think I would be friendly but not her friend.
