I have known this guy for over four months. We are slowly getting to know each other. We have not had sex yet. I really care about him and think of him daily and miss him when I don't talk to or see him. Is it too soon to tell him that I love him? I don't want to scare him off.

You should love him before sex any way. If you are sure of your feelings I would let him know. Don't wait for him to make the move. Just tell him, he probably feels the same way,
Good Luck. It isn't too soon. You can't put a timeline on a relationship. Love is a reciprical thing, not just one sided. Make sure he knows how you feel.

you dont love him yet. you will know when the time is right because you will be overwhelmed by emotion. do not tell him until you are sure. because if you are not sure, you may regret it and cant take it back!
if you tell him and he doesnt feel the same way, you may drive him away forever.
there is a diffrence between wanting him and caring about him and missing him. but to love someone is to not be able to live without. you compare other men to him. you say no one is better.

I agree. If you truly love this guy, tell him. Otherwise, you should give it more time. Once the L word is out there, it's not soon forgotten. By either of you.
Also, you want to ask yourself if you love him or are you ADDICTED to him. There is a difference. Love is a choice.

I would say that four months is long enough to decide if you and he are compatable. Has he given you any signs that you are the one exclusive girl in his life? You should be honest with him about your feelings. Guys have a harder time expressing their feelings in words, so rely more on his actions and reaction to you.

4 months aint to soon. A girl told me she loves me in 2 weeks. I didnt love her and thought she was a freak after only knowing me for 2 weeks. Maybe if she gave it 4 months I had a different reaction

I think I would really hold off on this.
You don't want to scare him away.
You can certainly say something like...I really like you or you're very special...but hold off on the love thing for a while longer.

It is only moving to fast if it does work out. If you feel it and you think he feels it then mayeb it is right but like I said before it is only moving to fast when it doesnt work out
