Perhaps a gift certificate to a favorite clothing store, ie Hollister, American Eagle, Old Navy, etc. Or if she likes music, you could get her a CD or a gift certificate to a music store. If she maybe has an ipod you could go with a gift card for itunes so she can download music, or an ipod case or another accessory. Depending on her style, you could maybe buy her a scarf/mittens set. And everyone loves to smell good, so you could always go to Bath and Body Works or another similar store, even the perfume counter at any department store, and pick out a fragrance for her. I always give my 19 year old nephew money so he can put it towards what he wants because to be honest I wouldnt be able to afford to buy the thing he really wants. Why dont you give her a voucher for her favourite clothes shop or pay for her to get her hair done, thats what I usually do for my sis.
