if god is real would any christian say islam,hinduism and Buddhism fake not real made up or vice versa and islam etc thinks other religions are made up? hope it make sense!!

There can be one of three possible truths here:
1) God (or mutiple gods) is almighty and reveals himself to different cultures in different ways
2) All religions are right and a variety of gods exist, perhaps oblivious of this fact
3) All religions are false and were originally made up to keep the masses in check.

All religions are man-made.
Christians try to make their story book higher than others by saying it is God inspired.
But they are all fake/made up
