She feels it is better to suffer through 1 wk of a period rather than 9 months of a pregnancy and loose in her words "perfect dancers body" and have to deal with sleepless nights. Her husband agrees with her. She has been told she looks similar and she does to Bebe Neuwirth. Any thoughts on how I can help her and him?

I agree a hundred percent with your friend. I have dancers body and I would not dream of recking it for some kid. Let me tell you my cousin had three kids. One single birth and then a few yrs later twins. Lets just say she is looking very streched out.

If she doesn't want to get pregnant and have kids, why are you even trying to convince her otherwise. Some people don't want to have kids and go through all that. Whats a period anyway? If your on birth controll it can be regulated and only be 4 days.

So they pretty much do not want a child. No problem with that? It probably kills the parents knowing they will not be a grandparent. Looks will disappear sooner or later, maybe they will mature more and want a real family as well.

No! are you just nuts, just leave them alone. They are married to each other, let them make there own decisions. And why do you believe they need help? Personally, I would not have a friend who was always trying to mind my business, you need to tend to your own. And if they ever need your opinion, I'm sure they would ask.

Sorry...........time for you to butt out.

I know two ladies, one who is 88 and another who is 82. Neither have children, and neither one regrets it. Some people just don't want kids, don't try and convince them otherwise.

Why does this affect you? It seems that if both of them agree on not having kids then there is no problem.

it sounds as if she and her husband are on the same page. I don't understand why you think they need help. Not everyone wants children.
