My boyfriend claims to like me alot! but if i ask him to go some where with me or do somethingthen he tells me that he is eithe busy or doesnt feel like doing anything! and i feel bad cause i mean he tells me that he really likes me but i just dont know anymore! and i have liked him for like 3 years and the time finally came that he asked me out and we have been going out for 1 month and we have kissed 3 times and gone to liek only 3 places together! and i mean we have talked about going places together but when the time comes to actually go he says that hes busy! and i dont want to have to break up with him and he doesnt have to be with me every waking moment he just has to show that he cares for me and likes me!

What!! You have been going out for 1 month and you have only kissed 3 times!! doesn't sound if either of you is committed to this relationship. Try 3 times or more every time you meet. If your boyfriend is constantly making excuses, then he does not seem interested in having a girlfriend. Try someone else who will give you what you want in a relationship

Tell him to take you out let him know he doesnt have to be with you all the time or spend all his money on you. Just tell him you want to go out with your bf and have a good time and do something fun and together. Tell him to stop making excuses because I did that just because I was tired or didnt feel like driving and I lost that girl because of that and now I would do anything to be with her. If he really likes you he will tkae you out.

sounds like he is playing some kind of a game or is just scared of being in a relationship. or maybe the relationship isn't everything he thought it would be... I'd tell him your moving on and see if this motivates him to start acting more interested. if not, move on he isn't worth the waste of time...

Sounds dead end to me. I think you are wasting your time, you two are not compatible and it seems he is not willing to compromise. You are fun on the go likes to do stuff kinda girl, he is laid back dont wanna do anything kinda guy. Let it go you are wasting your time, it will only get worse.

well ask him 4 a movie night @ your house or his. Then spice things up a bit. then if he dose stuff then he either likes you or just wants fun
