Just today i was at a gym class and was on a fitness ball, they are AMAZiNG! they give you such a burn in your stomach and thighs, So i went out and purchased one, You can basically buy them from everywhere, Depending on the brand they come with instructions on how to tone your stomach and body,
All i can tell you is be determined, Don't give up, Walk as much as you can. Jog, anything, Drink a hell of a lot of water, give up the fizzy drinks, If you are craving something fizzy have coke zero, or have a little cordial mixed with sparkling mineral water ( bubbly like fizzy pop).
Lie down on your back, Bend your knees so they are spread apart a little wider then your hips, put your hands behind your head, keep your stomach tight and raise your upper body using only your abdominal muscles, repeat everyday adding more crunches on!!
But i can't seriously tell you how great an exercise ball is, the cheapest are for abouy 5.00 and as long as you treat them well, they'll last forever

You didn't mention whether or not you've had children. If you didn't have children then the diet & exercise should work for you. But for me I only gained 20lbs for both my pregnancies & it wrecked havoc on my stomach. My skin & muscles were very stretched & my doctor stated no amount of exercise would flatten my stomach, believe me I tried. So my only alternative was a tummy tuck. My stomach is much flatter without the excess skin & the tightening of my stretched muscles. I would do it again tomorrow if I had to. It's one of the best decisions I made for myself.

Low fat diet and exercise (sit ups & overall weight training). You must also do a lot of cardio (running, stairmaster, bike riding, etc.). The cardio will speed up the process.
I personally like to hit a heavy bag for cardio....it works the core muscles and gets rid of stress !!!!!
Add weight to those situps if you want the defined "six pack" on that tummy.

girl u need to try some polotes! easy exercises and will change your life. it tones and it only takes 20 min a day. How do u think Oprah is lookin the way she is!
