WHAT?! Your whole sentence structure has made this question nearly impossible to answer. What do you mean she takes pills DURING intercourse. Does she actually STOP coitus just to take a pill? And what KIND of black spots, like blackheads (pimples) or what. And what becomes wide, the spots? And what do you mean by "protection mechanism?"

I am so confused by your question that I can't answer it!

I am not sure why you bring up the fact that she's taking pills during intercourse and did not mention what kind of pills. Anyway, black spots or moles happen naturally. It could be due to age, sun, anything. Don't worry about the black spots.

What kind of pills? Prescription? Is she taking extasy? Those can really take toll on your skin. A lot of the college kids are taking those now and their skin starts to look awlful after time.

It might be birth control pills that she is taking. I know sometimes, they cause women to get darker spots on their skin, so this might be the case.

Take her to a dermatologist NOW. Don't play around with this, it could be a very serious thing, she needs a pro to look at it.

Do the right thing dude.

Your questions isn't very clear. You may want to consider rewritting it...what kind of pills does your gf take? Explain the black spots...more detail please.
