If you are eating healthy foods, I expect you are eating a lot of veggies and grains that contain a lot of fiber. The unfortunate side effect to eating these types of foods is they can produce a fair amount of gas if your body isn't used to them. The bloating you are experiencing may be related to this. One way around it is to take Beano supplements with your food. Beano is a food enzyme that helps break down food so it's easier to digest without producing excess gas.

Do not stop the deal. Are you taking any anti depression medications? They make everything so wonderful. I just started up on one and I swear, I could dance in the street! And im kinda a fat kid. Don't starve yourself anymore. The candy is a good call, but the energy drinks will burn it right up....try drinking a frappe or a Starbucks Doubleshot...those are full of milk and nummyness and you will thank yourself when your doing a million things at once!! Much love and good luck xx

First of all , GOOD FOR YOU , to admit u had a problem, and to be strong to deal with it,, again , GOOD FOR YOU .
As for your question, yes it is normal.
Your stomach and your body have got used to not eaten much, so now that u have increased your food intake your stomach and body have to adapt.
Do not give up, what u are doing is good for you . You are a very brave person. Good luck, and keep on eating the good and healthy diet. The future will be good.

Yes, it's normal and will go away once your body becomes accustom to eating the right amount of food again. Believe me...your entire body is thanking you!
It will even out and you (and your body) are going to feel and work so much better.

Your stomach would have shrunk, therefore it gets full very quickly it is nothing to worry about. Try to eat slowy and chew the food that should help.

It's normal because you're not used to eating healthily and not starving yourself. Hang in there and BE STRONG! :) Good luck!
*And yes, it will go away after your body adjusts to you treating it so well!

I am so proud of you!
This is normal, please don't feel that your good work is making you fatter before your time! Your body is readjusting. Give it time and it will heal itself - its amazing what the human body can go through and still survive!
I would love to talk to you more about this if you have time - please comnact me via Yahoo!
If you're too busy, I still wish you the best of luck!!
