We are all friends going out for a good time but being that there are two girls and two boys, I don't want other guys to get the impression that we are double dating and that we have boyfriends. How should the seating arrangement be?

If you are sitting at a round or square table then sit Boy / Girl / Boy / Girl.
If you are sitting two each side of the same table sit one couple each side so Girl / Boy one side Boy / Girl the other. This kind of seating encourages great coversation as a group.

I think the seating arrangement won't matter cos either way all of you are going to end up talking to each other and facing each other too...I guess it's the body language that counts.
