So you are the reason there are no open apartments there huh?
usually about 30 days after the serving, but it should be in your contract. Landlords reserve the right To MOVE YOU OUT, as in the cops will come and movers will take your stuff and yu will be removed. My contract here says that it can be done if my rent is 15 days late and they cannot find me in that time. So if I like go on vacation for 2 weeks and forget to pay my rent, if i don't call them and say i'm out of town and i will pay when i get back, i can come back to a whole group of new people living there.

I am not sure about Maryland but other states such as Texas and Arkansas you have to give 30 day notice of the eviction.

The whole process, from first serving to the constable visit will take between 30 and 45 days.
