skeletor is the main bad guy from the cartoon He-man and the masters of the Universe. His face was a skull. the cartoon was shown in the early 1980's

As a matter of fact, I seen this guy at a club dancing and he resembled Skeletor Master of The Universe! LOL I kept laughing, he noticed, and kept smiling at me.
